10 consecutive days without any workout... other than a few push-ups. How do you get rid of a cough when you don't? Does that make any sense? Since I have problems with my pulmonary system anyway, every time I catch the slightest cold I have to make sure it does not get into my lungs. This time it did - goooood....
I am a little grumpy and tired (mostly from the lack of sleep due to heavy cough) but still in good spirits as far as my training regime goes. There is still lots of time and so far, there is not enough snow yet at the WOP (www.whistlerolympicpark.com) to enjoy x-country skiing to the fullest yet.
Unfortunately, I missed out on running the Fall Classic Half Marathon last weekend. It would have been interesting to see if I could have been close to 1:25. Now, this has to wait until February which also leaves me more time to get ready.
